Falafel

I love Falafel with tomatoes and yogurt sauce (see previous post), served in a Pita bread.
You can buy the mix already done, but as always it's much more tasty done from scratch.
1 can of garbanzo beans.
1/2 an onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp red chilli (you can skip this)
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbs flour
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
some parsley

After processing the ingredients, let them set for about one or two hours to bind.
Make patties and fry at 375*
